Return Policy

At Apparalel, we want you to love every purchase. That’s why we offer a simple, hassle-free return process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for a full refund on regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
  • All returns and exchanges must be processed through our returns portal—returns not initiated through the portal will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is approved, you must use the pre-paid return label provided. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
  • A $10 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
  • Your first exchange or return for store credit is completely free—a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost.

Refund Processing

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Eligibility Guidelines

  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returns postmarked between 8-14 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. They must be in the same condition as received.
  • Returns with signs of wear, washing, makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Any returns or exchanges postmarked more than 14 days after delivery or not in compliance with these guidelines will be shipped back to the customer.

Exchanges

  • We offer one free exchange per order for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items cannot be exchanged more than once. After an initial exchange, any further returns will incur a $20 return label fee.
  • Exchanges must be requested through our returns portal and comply with the eligibility guidelines above.
  • Once an exchange is requested, the new item will be held for 7 days. The exchange order will ship once the returned item is received and processed.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed after we receive your return. Tracking information will be sent once your exchange ships.
  • Exchanges postmarked after 7 days from delivery will not qualify for free shipping.
  • Exchanges postmarked after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Returning an Exchanged Order

  • All returned exchanges incur a $20 return label fee.

Orders Placed via Facebook & Instagram

Due to platform limitations on refund amounts, we are unable to provide a prepaid return label for orders placed through Facebook or Instagram unless requested via email and the $10 label fee is prepaid.

For a smoother return process, we recommend placing orders directly on our website.

 

Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for a full refund or exchange within our standard 7-day policy, unless marked FINAL SALE.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure you received the correct items in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@apparalel.com. Do not initiate a return via the portal.

We cannot assume responsibility for damaged items if reported more than 7 days after delivery.

Items Purchased at a Retail Location

Items purchased from our retail partners must be returned directly to the store where they were purchased, in accordance with that retailer’s return policy. We cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for items bought at retail locations.

Local Pickup Orders

  • Returns and exchanges for pickup orders must be processed through our returns portal.
  • We do not provide return labels for pickup orders. Detailed drop-off instructions will be sent with return approval.
  • If exchanging a pickup order, we recommend placing a new order first, then returning your original order once your new order is ready.
  • Returns can be dropped off at the warehouse, under the table in the pickup area.

Price Adjustments

  • We offer price adjustments within 7 days of the original order date if the price drops and the item is still in stock.
  • If the item is out of stock at the time of the request, we cannot issue a price adjustment.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.
  • Once purchased, gift cards are considered final sale and do not expire.
  • Returns for orders placed with a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card balance.

International Orders

  • International returns must follow the same eligibility guidelines as domestic orders.
  • We do not provide return labels for international orders—customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
  • To initiate a return, please use our returns portal. The return address will be provided via email.
  • We are not responsible for international packages until they are received and processed by our team.
  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.
